Red Arrow Lofts - Detroit
Continuing work on our multi-year Red Arrow Lofts project in the heart of Corktown.
All shell work including new roof, windows, doors, and extensive brick repair/replacement completed.
Interior fit out work is ongoing for the 28 units and common areas
Completion expected in spring of 2025.
MAIPF - Farmington Hills
6,000 SF custom Office Build out.
Custom elements including seating alcoves, employee lockers and acoustic felt feature walls.
District by Design - Detroit
5,000 SF Commercial workplace design and furniture dealership.
The first minority owned, and minority led dealership in Detroit.
CCA - Farmington Hills
Main office of Michigan branch.
Space includes all new mechanical heat pumps, ceiling system, light and glass wall/door systems.
Laurel Office Park 3 Lobby & Atrium
Transformed three (3) separate experience common areas into a single experience.
